Order Tracking: Easily check past purchase records in "My Orders" so that you can understand the detailed information of each transaction.
Address management: Add your receiving address in "My Address" so that you don't need to re-enter the address during future orders, saving you valuable time.
Point rewards: Check your accumulated points at any time in "My Rewards". Once you reach 100 points, you can click "Redeem Points" and the system will generate a code. Ordering Process

Put the product in "Shopping Cart"
After completing the purchase, click the "Shopping Bag" icon in the upper right corner of the web page
Check the purchased goods and quantity **If you have other needs, please list them in "Add Instructions"
Select pickup method and payment method
Press "Checkout"
After payment, please WhatsApp the deposit slip or bank deposit record and order number to: 9446-7441
When customer service colleagues receive the deposit record, they will immediately follow up on the order.

Shipping and Ordering Instructions

Free delivery for orders over $250. $50 will be charged for orders less than $250.
Customers may choose to pick up at our Tsuen Wan Market Retail Shop. By which, there is no delivery charges and any surcharges.
For remote areas, a surcharge of $50 may be required. *For details, please contact customer service at 94467441.
If a parking fee is required for delivery to the designated location, the fee must be paid by the customer or arranged to be paid at the parking area downstairs.
Hong Kong Island: Delivery every Wednesday and Saturday only. (need to purchase over $350, if less than $350, $50 shipping fee will be added)
Delivery service is temporarily not available in Islands District, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, Chung Hom Kok, Stanley, Shek O and Ma Wan.
After successful payment, delivery will be arranged by the next day or will be made according to the driver's route. (**Subject to successful payment time)
To ensure delivery can be arranged the next day, the order cut-off time is before 6pm every day.
If the customer is unable to receive the goods at the designated time, please contact us before placing the order at 12 noon on the day of delivery for arrangements.
When receiving the goods, please inspect and sign for the goods in person.
If there is a problem with the goods, please call or WhatsApp our customer service department hotline 9446-7441 on the day of receipt to contact us.
In the event of unstable weather conditions (including: typhoon No. 8 or above, red or black heavy rain) delivery service will be arranged separately.
If the driver cannot contact the customer on the day of delivery, the delivery may be rescheduled.
If a parking fee is required for the delivery, the fee will be paid by the customer.
